For eligible healthcare professionals who are staying at the casita, including traveling nurses, visiting physicians and specialists, contract professionals, and temporary healthcare staff. Reasonable verification may be requested.
Referral Guest Preferred Rate
For eligible guests referred by a healthcare professional or participating referral source.

If you’re both a healthcare professional and a referred guest, tell us you’re a healthcare professional. We can still recognize the person or source who referred you.

Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the casita or anywhere on the property.

Guests may be responsible for documented cleaning, deodorizing, remediation, damage, or loss-of-rental-use costs arising from smoking, vaping, or smoke odor, subject to applicable law and the final rental agreement. No fixed smoking fee has been set.
